Q1. How do you handle the defected garments?
We will find out the reason why that happened. If the problem belongs to us, we will take the responsibility. Refund the money, or make a new one for you.

Q2.Can you do a sample for me?

 Yes, we can make you a sample for your approval, but there is a sample charge, which will be returned after it reaches a certain quantity.

Q3.How do you handle if custom sample don’t follow custom instruction?

We will remade sample for you free and send to you pay by ourself.
